Grief & Loss Therapy
Grief is one of the most profound and universal human experiences — and one of the most misunderstood. Whether you are mourning the death of someone you loved, navigating the end of a relationship, processing a significant life change, or grieving something harder to name, your loss is real and it deserves to be honored.
Grief Is Not a Problem to Be Solved
Grief does not follow a timeline or a checklist. It is not something to push through or get over. In my work with clients navigating loss, I offer something that is often hard to find elsewhere — a space to slow down, to feel what needs to be felt, and to explore what the loss means to you and your life.
What Grief Therapy Can Help With
Death of a loved one, including anticipatory grief
Pregnancy loss and infertility
Divorce or end of a significant relationship
Loss of a career, identity, or sense of purpose
Health diagnoses and changes to physical wellbeing
My Approach
I draw on psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches to create space for the full complexity of grief. This means we do not rush toward resolution. We make room for the pain, the confusion, the anger, and the unexpected moments of meaning. My own experiences with grief and loss inform the depth of empathy I bring to this work.
If you are carrying a loss and looking for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
